HOW LONG IS THE RESERVATION PERIOD?
- We only allow 2 days reservation period. Please be responsible when placing orders and settle payment within this period.
I CAN’T PAY ON TIME! CAN I REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION?
- No prob! We understand that schedules can be busy at times, just email us at email@example.com before payment deadline. Failure to pay on time without notice will get your order/s automatically cancelled.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?
- We primarily use Gogo Xpress and JRS Express for areas not covered by Gogo.
- For Grab Express, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy, You will be the one to book this upon coordination with us. Please note that this is open for Metro Manila orders only and pick-up point is at Paranaque City. Rates will reflect when you book on the app and you'll be the one to pay the driver upon receiving your goods.
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
- We charge a flat rate of P110 for Shipping within Metro Manila and P160 for Provincial (Includes Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Bulacan).
